Twitter bug allowed to match 17 million phone numbers with users: Research

In yet another data breach on Twitter which has gone through a bad year on security, a researcher has claimed he matched 17 million phone numbers to user accounts - including high-profile politicians and officials -- by exploiting a vulnerability in Twitter's Android app.

NCLAT dismisses IT department's plea against Reliance Jio on demerger of tower, fiber units

The NCLAT has dismissed petitions filed by the income tax (I-T) department, which raised objection over the approval granted to Reliance Jio Infocomm scheme to hive off its fibre and tower business into two separate units. Demerging of Jio Digital Fibre Pvt Ltd and Reliance Jio Infratel Pvt Ltd. was opposed by the I-T department by challenging it before NCLAT.
