Alibaba, Jack Ma summoned by Indian court on former employee's complaint

A District Court Judge in Gurugram has summoned for Alibaba, Jack Ma and about a dozen individuals in a case in which former Indian employee has alleged that he was wrongfully fired. It is the latest hurdle for Alibaba after government banned Alibaba's UC News, UC Browser and 57 other Chinese apps.

Australian regulator sues Google for misleading consumers over expanded personal data use
